Galactika Deep Roots (formerly The Treefunkers) formed in the exotic Mexican Caribbean in 2015. The band consists of members from different genres and cultures. Alternative and eclectic band where space funk, electro dance, gypsy music combines with the explosion on stage and consciousness in the discourse, where the union of different genres becomes a single concept.
For the last 11 years, Tim Carbone (of Railroad Earth) and The Treefunkers have had the opportunity to collaborate and play at almost every Strings & Sol Day of Service. This project has been years in the making, and it’s finally here!
This record was created with heart, intention, and a deep love for music and community.
